Question: My child has unique needs, (ie. requires assistance with toileting, feeding, mobility), can they attend the JVC summer camp?

Answer: A participation screening is sent to all campers to gather pertinent information that allows the review committee the ability to ensure the safety of all campers and volunteers in the summer program. The ratio of volunteers to campers is 1:5. If the screening identifies a student with behavior or supports that a 1:5 ratio could not safely support, the camper will be notified.

*Our 5-10 year plan is to accommodate all adults requiring unique support.
