5-10 year plan
Imagine walking into a large indoor facility that holds 10 unique employment opportunities all created for adults with disabilities. The abilities, interests, and unique gifts of each person are considered when determining the best enterprise for them to genuinely contribute and find purpose. This business model proves to be self-sustainable as it provides the means to afford membership to JVC but also provides quality and convenient services to the community which keeps customers coming back. Each day would begin with mental health activities followed by 5-6 hours of employment at one of the 10 enterprises. Each day would close with physical exercise, interfaith worship and social activities to build belonging and facilitate rest.

15-20 year plan
Imagine driving onto 100 acres of residential homes, that each foster a wholesome living environment that allows each person to live interdependently with one another, and become contributing members in their home. Facilitated by home parents, these homes create a sense of supervised interdependence, promoting genuine fellowship, and creating lasting friendships. Residential citizens and day citizens would have seamless access to their place of employment, participate in fitness activities, worship in an interfaith center, and when necessary, receive care in an onsite health clinic through an interdisciplinary partnership.
